Workout wrap


Mmm… Chocolate…

Just a short and sweet post for this week. The foot is still not 100%, but at least I can still run. 3 runs this week, supplemented by some swimming and a couple of sessions on the bike.

I’m starting to get in to this whole MTB thing. Gotta resist –  I found myself window shopping outside a bike store during lunch this week!
